Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CredPilot Financial ("CredPilot", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the CredPilot app or credpilot.app, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use CredPilot
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
2. What CredPilot does
CredPilot helps you track your credit cards and spending, and suggests which card to use to earn more rewards. CredPilot is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, or licensed financial advisor. Recommendations, credit score simulations, and AI assistant answers are for general information only, are based on the data available to us, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always check details with your card issuer before making financial decisions.
3. Your data
You own the information you add to CredPilot. You give us permission to use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect a bank account, you also agree to Plaid's terms and privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse CredPilot. This includes: trying to access other users' data, reverse-engineering or overloading the service, using it for anything illegal, or entering information you don't have the right to use.
5. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid CredPilot Pro subscription, billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, free trials, and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Availability and changes
We're a young product and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of major changes but can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
CredPilot is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed rewards, fees, interest charges, or changes to your credit score, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using CredPilot and request account deletion anytime (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
